The faster you tap the matching shapes, the more points you score and the better chance you have of beating each level. Levels become increasingly difficult as there are typically more taps required and less time to tap. The status bar shows you how many taps are needed in the time remaining. Bonus time and bonus points buttons appear randomly throughout each level. They don't count toward your total taps but they will boost your score and give you more time to finish.
